4746 Mobile Command Center is an Alpha Team set released in 2004. It comes with the Mobile Command Base manned by Radia and Tee Vee, with a solar rocket and a thermo-blaster, two snow scooters manned by Charge and Arrow, and a Skeleton Drone near a block of ice. It also comes with ice orbs. There are three red orb deactivators in this set.
