5938 Oasis Ambush is an Adventurers Egypt set released in 1998. It includes3 minifigures: Johnny Thunder, Slyboots, and Pharaoh Skeleton minifigures.

Description[edit | edit source]

The Oasis Ambush is mainly a small statue of the Egyptian god, Anubis, and a palm tree. The statue lays on a platform that can be lifted by pulling the spear down, to reveal treasure. Below the Statue are hieroglyphics.

Accessories include a rifle, pistol, a map, and a brown spear connected to a chain on the Statue. A black scorpion can also be found with gold coins under the statue.
