6240 Kraken Attackin' is a Pirates set released in 2009. It contains 78 pieces, which includes two Pirates and Brickbeard's Parrot.

Description

The musket rifle with the conical end can be clipped onto the side of the crow's nest. The Kraken appears in other LEGO ocean-related sets; there is a black version in the Harry Potter set Rescue From The Merpeople. There are two red and blue crystals in the storage container. The ship can float but there is a large hollow space in the hull of the ship.
