6534 Beach Bandit is a Town set released in 1992. It contains a beach buggy, a windsurf board and a surfer. The red, white, and blue coloured Buggy that is included is able to fit the minifigure inside, along with the surfboard and a sail.

The surfboard and its sail can be stored on the buggy. The surfer is equipped with a life vest.
