659 VW Transporter is a System i Leg HO 1:87 Vehicles set first released in 1964. It was in production from 1958-1967. It includes a utility vehicle in 1:87 scale. There were twelve different releases of this set, all of which came with two-tone shades.

- The original mould used in set 259 VW Transporter did not include indicators and was changed to include indicators on the front of the vehicle for this version.
- This car was also included in 698 12 Cars.
