6885 Crater Crawler is a Futuron set released in 1988. It contains a wheeled ground vehicle, a small flying scout vehicle, a robot, and a black Futuron astronaut.

Notes[edit | edit source]

The scout and the robot are stored under the blue dome at the back of the vehicle.
This is the first appearance of the black Futuron uniform, which appeared in just two other sets, 6810 Laser Ranger and 6703 Space Minifigures.
This is one of three sets in which Part:2468 is trans blue.
