7042 Dune Patrol is a World City set. It consists of a small quad bike or buggy designed for riding across sand dunes.

The minifigure has a yellow head, dark grey helmet, black visor, orange patterned body, dark blue arms, orange hands and dark blue legs with orange waist. It is also possible to place the orange flippers of the set on his feet and place the oxygen tank on his back.
