7741 Police Helicopter is a City set released in 2008. It comes with a helicopter with rotors that spin, and a Police Pilot with handcuffs. It also comes with stickers in English and German and a camera with infra-red at the side of the helicopter. It is the oldest City set still available, at about 6 years old.
