8435 4WD is a TECHNIC set released in 2004. It contains 763 pieces to construct an off-road tow truck.

Description[edit | edit source]

Its front wheels have suspension and can be steered using the knob on the top of the model. Despite the name, the V6 engine only connects to the rear wheels. The rear wheels connect to the engine through a differential, and although it has no suspension, the rear axle can pivot, allowing the model to rock from side to side. The model has two tow winches, one on the front and one on the back.
