The Blue Arctic Explorer is a FIRST LEGO League minifigure introduced in 2001. Five of them appear in set 9784.
Description[edit | edit source]
They are very similar to Cosmo, as they have the same head, blue hood and torso with the Arctic logo, but they have white legs where Cosmo has blue, and they appear multiple times in the same set, implying that they are meant to be generic explorers instead of an individual character.
