Madmen are Super Heroes minifigures who appears in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes. The blonde variant is only available using extra toggle on consoles or in handheld versions of the game without extra toggle. He is unlocked for purchase after finding a minikit in Arkham Asylum, and costs 5,000 LEGO studs in the handheld versions.

The Madman is called "Asylum Patient" on portable versions of the game.
The black hair variants are the Mad Hatter's goons.
