Technical Question

A few questions:

1. Is your bot going to using en-gb or en-us English? I do believe we decided to use en-GB here, and I don't see the point in a bot going through and changing everything to en-US and then editors reverting every edit.
2. Is it using some kind of framework (pywikipedia or AWB?)
3. Is it semi-automatic or fully automatic?
