Brickipedia:Category structure
From Brickipedia, the LEGO Wiki
This article is still under construction. More content may be added in the near future. |
Sets[edit source]
- Category:Sets
- Category:Sets by theme
- Category:Elves sets, Category:Ninjago sets, etc.
- If a theme has subthemes, subthemes are categories of themes, eg, Category:Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith sets is a subcategory of Category:Star Wars sets.
- Category:Elves sets, Category:Ninjago sets, etc.
- Category:Sets by year
- Category:Sets by item number
- Category:Sets by piece count
- Category:Sets by theme
- Every set article has four categories- <theme> sets, Sets released in <year>, <item number> sets, Sets with <piece count> pieces. Set articles are categorised into their lowest-level theme, eg, a Star Wars: Episode III set would go into Category:Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith sets but not Category:Star Wars sets. These categories are all added automatically with information supplied in the article's infobox and should not be added manually.
- All third-level categories have one category- their listed second-level category. The exception is for "Sets released in <year>" categories- these go into Category:Sets by year, but also into a year category, eg, Category:Sets released in 2016 would also go into Category:2016.
- Second-level categories all only have one category- Category:Sets.
Inventories[edit source]
- Category:Inventories
- Every inventory has only one category- "<theme> set/minifigure/combiner model inventories"
- Every one of the third-level categories goes into two categories- for example "Star Wars minifigure inventories" goes into "Minifigure inventories" (as indicated) and "Category:Star Wars minifigures".
- Every one of the second-level categories goes into two categories- for example "Set inventories" goes into "Inventories" (as indicated) and "Category:Sets"
