The 8968 River Heist was recently marked with compleness status, and I'm (obviously) contesting this. Basically, this article has no content. I think some description of the set is needed for the article to be complete. Unlike Yoda which was recently marked with completeness status though I'd seriously like to contest that, I know a bit about the minifigure/character so can rework it a bit, but I don't know much about this set so can't help out with content.
