Kai was denied a Class 3 status, but this article has an abundance in minifigure description, as well as background information. While it still is not 100% compliant with BP:MOS, overall it shouldn't be denied for having too many redlinks (By the way, it only has 3 redlinks). Due to the amount of info in this article, I feel it deserves a c3 status.
