Brickipedia News:Old Fishing Store to be next LEGO Ideas set

After LEGO previously announced that they were going to announce a LEGO Ideas announcement, LEGO have announced that one of the nine projects from the First 2016 Review will be made into an official set- the Old Fishing Store. No further information has been given out, except to "check back on LEGO Ideas in 2017 for details".

The results for the Second 2016 Review wil be shared in "early 2017".

Will we finally get a LEGO ideas modular with this? Then we can get the Addams family right? :P

To be honest, I'm completely disappointed by this. The appeal here will probably be a source of sand green parts (assuming they keep the original model color) and pieces relating to fishing. It would have been nice to see Johnny 5 selected in addition to (or instead of) this, but I guess not enough children would recognize him to justify a set.
