Dex-Starr is a DC Universe character who appears in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

Background[edit | edit source]

Dexter is a blue house cat whose owner is killed in a burglary. Dexter is thrown off of the Brooklyn Bridge by the perpetrators, but a red power ring attracted by his rage rescues him. He rebrands himself Dex-Starr and uses his new power (and limited speech) to get revenge on the thugs, declaring himself a "good kitty" when he kills them. Dex-Starr is loyal to Atrocitus and sees him as a surrogate owner.

Though Dex-Starr is a feline, he is depicted as anthropomorphic in LEGO Batman 3.
