Dr. Cyber is one of Tim's friends from the Time Cruisers theme. He goes back in time with him and collects hats from different times. He has a pet monkey named Ingo and a robot named Wacco. He tries to alter the Space-time Continum as little as possible.
Description[edit | edit source]
Dr. Cyber has black hair, yellow head and hands with arms, legs and torso being white. The head graphics consist of black pince-nez style glasses, two black pupils on white sclera and grey Zappa facial hair. Graphics on Dr. Cyber's torso are a pocket watch (in pocket), yellow chest area, collar, red bow tie and red pencil attached to a string.
