Anarky is a DC comics character.
Background
Anarky is, as his name suggests, an anarchist. He fights the police force tooth and nail and hates law and claims to be for the people. He mainly operates in Gotham City and has come to blows more than once with Batman.

- I made Anarky because he is one of my favorite Batman villains.
