Dunkan Bulk is a revamped custom Hero Factory MOC made by ToaMeiko of the character with the same name.
Designer's Notes
I built this MOC to go along with my other Hero Factory MOCs with the realistic body form system I made. I also did this because orange has always been a second colour to Dunkan Bulk, although I wanted to make it more prominent on this MOC. I also decided to add a removable jetpack for legacy to 7179 Dunkan Bulk and Vapour. --ToaMeiko (talk) 05:51, July 25, 2013 (UTC)
