Johnny McConroy aka John is a Store Owner in New York, former Detective, David Carter's Scottish Cousin and James Carter's detective mentor.
Background
Johnny McConroy (Age: 38) was born in Hamilton, Scotland. He became a detective when he was 21 and retired when his good friend Cameron Holmes fell from the roof of a building to his death. Johnny blamed himself for not acting sooner and helping his friend Cameron out. Johnny is David Carter's Scottish cousin and became the owner of a store "Johnny's Detective Gadgets Store" when he moved to New York to start a new life. When James Carter was 16 years old he started mentoring and teaching him how to become a successful detective and crime solver. Because Johnny knew how much James loved his uncle Ivan Novak. After his death he tried his best to train James to find the person who murdered him.
