This micro model I built was made in LEGO Digital Designer approximately 1 to 2 years ago, and on August 2, 2014, I decided to render it in LDD2Povray program. It took about 16 hours surprisingly, although the level of detail was set at original LDD geometry, all bevels and LEGO logo printed on the studs, plus at highest quality for rendering. That includes "showing specified diffuse and ambient light, render shadows, including extended light, compute texture patterns, compute photons, compute reflected, refracted and transmitted rays, compute media, radiosity, and subsurface light support." The technique I used to achieve the angle of the wheels was to use a 1 1/2 M Connecting Bush (32002), Stick Ø 3.2 W. Holder (4222196), a wheel called Hub Ø11,2 X 7,84 (42610), and a Tyre D8, Sebs (59895).
