Morbius is an anti-hero that suffers from "pseudo-vampirism."
Background
Michael Morbius was a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist who attempted to cure himself of a rare blood disease with an experimental treatment involving vampire bats and electroshock therapy. The test failed and Morbius became afflicted with "pseudo-vampirism," which mimicked the abilities and blood-thirst of actual vampirism and altered his appearance.
Morbius originally appeared as an enemy of Spider-Man, though he's gone on to be an anti-hero.
