Russel Parker aka Russ is the nemesis of James Carter and his mortal life enemy.
Background
Russel Parker (Age: 26) was born in Trenton, New Jersey. He was a good friend of James Carter till he betrayed him and got the credit for solving a detective case. Since that day he became James ' mortal life enemy.
