She-Venom was the alias of Ann Weying, Eddie Brock's former wife.
Background
Ann became She-Venom after being shot by Sin-Eater. Eddie had no choice but to allow the symbiote to bond with her. This healed her, but also made her give into rage as two men planned to ambush Eddie. She violently tore them to pieces, making Eddie afraid for and of her. She insisted that the symbiote made her do this, but Eddie said that it would only do what she wanted.
She was later incarcerated on a false charge to trap Venom. Eddie sent in his symbiote and Ann became She-Venom long enough to escape.
The combined acts of Spider-Man swinging by in an old black costume and Eddie transforming in front of her eventually caused her to commit suicide.
