Taskmaster AKA Tony Masters is a MARVEL comics character.
Background
Tony Masters is a villain and mercenary who isn't always evil. He typically is either working for someone else, or is trying to get money. He has a photographic memory which means he can copy anyone's moves which means he is a master marksman, martial artist and fighter, swordsman, and can do rope tricks, use firearms and other assorted unique abilities. He uses his gift to train common thugs and criminals in different abilities and then hires them off to crime bosses and more well known villains who can use them.
