The Curator is a possible future incarnation of the Doctor and looks like an aged version of the fourth incarnation.
Background
Little is known about the Curator, but one can assume that his history is the same as the Doctor's, seeing as they're supposedly the same person.
It is known that he curates the museum holding the painting known as Gallifrey Falls No More.
