The Queen Cobra is a custom LEGO Ninjago set created by Chakor Channing. The idea was in the works in January 2012, and the set was not made into a physical model until May 2015.

General information

The idea of "The Queen Cobra" is that it serves as a flagship for the Hypnobrai Serpentine tribe and an alternate method of transportation in place of other Serpentine vehicles (I.E., the Rattlecopter or the Fangpyre truck). The ship is made almost completely from ice and was built from the remains of a pirate ship found in the northern regions of Ninjago by the Hypnobrai not long after being freed from their tomb. While the ship mainly serves for the Hypnobrai and its captain Skales, it is used for all of the Serpentine after Pythor unites the tribes.

The name of the ship is a reference to the king cobra. Since most ships are named after females, the name "Queen Cobra" was born.
