Farmer Maggot is a character from the theme The Lord of the Rings who appears in LEGO The Lord of the Rings: The Video Game.

Farmer Maggot is a farmer who lives in Eastfarthing in the Shire. He owns 3 dogs: Grip, Fang and Wolf, who he uses to scare off young hobbits who try to steal his crops; Particularly Merry and Pippin. When Gollum is tortured in Minas Morgul, all he says to the Nazgûl is "Shire, Bagginsess!" The Nazgûl then travel to the Shire and get news from Farmer Maggot about "Baggins". He is known to be acquainted with Tom Bombadil.
