New reviews are not added to review pages
Featured Reviews show the unrated image instead of the green star
I thought I had more, but I guess not. I'll add anything if I can remember/find it.

This not showing up any reviews; when this one exists. This is not the only time I have seen it.
No star in the rating template; same as with every other Featured Review I have seen in the last month or so.

Also, the number of reviews on reviewer profiles are not updating, and neither are the customs or reviews main pages which I thought were automatic (but I'm not sure about that). Whatever is going on, I wonder if it is the same problem we are having with the theme table. Berrybrick 18:53, December 1, 2012 (UTC)
