The Geonosian Pilot is a Star Wars minifigure released in the 2003 Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones theme, and reissued in 2011 for the Star Wars: The Clone Wars theme.
Description[edit | edit source]
The minifigure itself is built like normal minifigures. It is nearly identical to the Geonosian Warrior, the difference being that the warrior has wings. It has a dark gray suit with golden chains and red stones placed on it in various places.
Background[edit | edit source]
Geonosian pilots flew Geonosian Fighters during the First and Second Battles of Geonosis. Unlike the Geonosian Warrior, they did not have wings.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- In the Star Wars universe, wingless Geonosians are of a lower class than winged Geonosians.
- The old version from 2003 is dark sea gray, whereas the 2011 Clone Wars variation is light brown, with a more detailed torso and better sculpted head.
- In 5000214 LEGO Star Wars Character Encyclopedia, they counted this figure only part of Episode II.
- In 2853402 LEGO Star Wars: The Visual Dictionary, they listed this minifigure as a "Geonosian Drone."
