8590 Guurahk is a BIONICLE set released in 2003. It is one of the seven Rahkshi types that were released in sets. In the BIONICLE universe, the Guurahk have the power to disintegrate anything. Besides a Guurahk itself, it comes with the Staff of Disintegration and a Kraata. Guurahk are one of the most cunning breeds of Rahkshi, and has the ability to divine weaknesses - they're able to "see" the stress point in a structure or a foe's weakness, and target it immediately. Guurahk staffs can shoot a cone of dark energy, disintegrating whatever it hits. If it was bought at Wal Mart during a limited come offer, instead of its regular Kraata, it would come with a Shadow Kraata.

From the exciting new direct-to-video movie BIONICLE: The Mask of Light, here come the Toa Nuva's greatest foes: the Rahkshi. These "sons of Makuta" have been unleashed on the island to find the Mask of Light and stop the coming of the Seventh Toa!
Guurahk's Staff of Power can cause objects to fragment and collapse into rubble. He will bring down the entire island of Mata Nui in his search for the Mask of Light, unless the Toa Nuva can stop him!
