The Plank-side Truck is a Wooden Toys set released in 1940.
Description[edit | edit source]
The set has mostly a sky-blue colour-scheme, with the planks being an unpainted natural brown. It has a cab without glass and some raised details like lights and the grille. It is the first Lego truck to appear.
The truck features four small wheels (Like most trucks), outlined with wooden, black tires. These were similar in appearance to those of the Covered Truck.
