LEGO Alpha Team is a video game released for PC and Game Boy Color in 2000. The game is a unique strategy game where a player plots his agents to do certain commands.
Development[edit | edit source]
In October 1998, Lego Media announced their partnership with Digital Domain with plans to release computer and video game software in 2000.[1]
For the first year and a half of development, the game was known as Lego Logic and wasn't related to spies. The game had a completely different theme featuring a group of characters known as the "Trans-International LEGO Team" (T.I.L.T.).[2] Six months before release, Lego Media requested the change to a spy team. Digital Design overhauled the entire game, with all new locations, levels and characters. Tee Vee and Ogel were the only characters kept from the original version. [3]
Lego Alpha Team was originally going to be called LEGO Action Team.[4]
