A Mandalorian is a character from the Star Wars universe. Four Death Watch Mandalorians are included in the 2011 LEGO Star Wars: The Clone Wars set 7914 Mandalorian Battle Pack, and all include a grey jetpack.

Description[edit | edit source]

The Mandalorians are built out of normal shaped pieces, with the addition of a jetpack and helmet, both grey. The helmet has a black T-vizor. They had a dark blue body with armour and belt markings, with normal blue arms and dark grey hands. They have blue legs with a dark grey hip piece. The helmet can fit gear in either side, similar to the clone helmets.

Background[edit | edit source]

Mandalorians were a group of beings that lived on the planet Mandalore. They had strong battle armour and piloted large war machines. Three well known Mandalorians were Jango Fett, his clone "son" Boba and Pre Vizsla. During the Clone Wars, Death Watch, lead by Pre Vizsla attempted to reclaim Mandalore from the pacifist New Mandalorian government that had taken over the planet. Most Mandalorians were in one of three rival groups; the pacifist New Mandalorians, the honourable yet violent True Mandalorians, and the Death Watch. The True Mandalorians were wiped out by the Death Watch some years prior to the Clone Wars.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • The official description of the 7914 Mandalorian Battle Pack lists the set as having three Mandalorians and one Mandalorian Assassin, however all four minifigures are exactly the same except for the weapons they hold, and the description did not state which one the assassin was intended to be. A poster was released in 2011 showing every known unique minifigure in the 2011 Star Wars line, which displayed two Mandalorians- one with twin pistols, the other with a turret, indicating that one of these two are intended to be the assassin, but they both have the name "Mandalorian".
  • In the 7914 Mandalorian Battle Pack, all of the Mandalorians have the same heads, despite not being clones in the Star Wars universe.
