The Troop Car is a ground vehicle that is used by the Germans under the command of Colonel Dietrich. It is served as an escort vehicle for the convoy carrying the Ark to Cairo. It is known as "Army Jeep" in the video game. In the story level and level creator of LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, the jeep has a mounted machine gun on it that allows the player to shoot. It is also appears as an unlockable vehicle in Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Last Crusade, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Part 1 hub worlds, but it does not have a machine gun. It only appears in one set.

This plane is used by Jock to fly Indy into and out a South American jungle. It has the registration number "OBI-CPO", which could be referring to Obi-Wan Kenobi and C-3PO. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, Jock did not fly this seaplane instead he fly Indy with his cargo plane into Nepal. Aside from Raiders of the Lost Ark, it appears as an unlockable vehicle in The Last Crusade, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Part 2 hub worlds with a name "Biplane".

The Flying Wing is an aircraft that is appeared in 7683 Fight on the Flying Wing and both LEGO Indiana Jones video games. Colonel Dietrich planned to transport the Ark of the Covenant by this aircraft after it recovered, and it prepare to take off. However, Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood destroyed the plane in an attempt to commandeer it, killing the German Mechanic and the pilot in the process. In LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, the Flying Wing is color grey instead of green camouflage. However, the plane is not destroyed instead it allows the player to use it to destroy the transport truck to get an anvil while you fighting the Enemy Boxer. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, this aircraft is available for purchase in the hub world along with the Enemy Boxer, but the plane fight scene does not occur.

This mine cart is used for moving ore and materials in the process of mining. It was used by Indiana Jones, Willie Scott, and Short Round to escape from the temple of doom and it also used by several Thuggee Guards to chase down the heroes. The mine cart does not appeared in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, but it also appears in the cover art of this game. Aside from Short Round in the cover it features Marion Ravenwood and Professor Henry Jones Sr. that is being chase by Major Toht, Mola Ram, and Irina Spalko in their mine carts. However, several mine carts are appeared in the treasure level of LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues as a background objects.

The Duck Boat is an amphibious vehicle that is appeared in 7625 River Chase. It is appeared in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues as an unlockable vehicle that costs 5,000 Lego Studs. In the story level, there's two variaton of duck boats can be seen, one is unarmed and the other is armed with a machine gun that can shoot the player on it.

The Jungle Cutter is a vehicle that used by the Russians for clearing a path through dense vegetation. It has two giant spinning circular saws on its front for cutting down trees, and wood chippers to reduced cleared debris into bit. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, the Jungle Cutter is not more than one. And the first one is not destroyed. Indy commandeers it to destroy the other Jungle Cutters and enemy vehicles.

The Russian ATV is a vehicle that appeared in 7627 Temple of the Crystal Skull. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, this vehicle is used by the Germans instead of Russians that is seen in the actual set, but it drop mines while the player used to defeat the Hatay Tank boss in the story level.

Some wrecks of this plane are also appeared in the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Part 2 hub world.

This plane is used by Jock to transport Indiana Jones across Nepal. It is similar to the one from 7628 Peril in Peru. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, Jock uses the plane to fly into Nepal rather than the seaplane just like in the film and LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. This plane is based on Air East Asia Douglas DC-3 that is used by Indy and Marion to travel from Nepal to Cairo, Egypt, but it has no airline's name markings on it.

The Flying Boat is an aircraft that is appeared in LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures during the cutscenes. Indy board this aircraft from San Francisco to Nepal on his way to find Abner Ravenwood. Indy, sitting on a starboard side window seat, didn't notice that Major Toht on a portside seat was monitoring him, instead of reading a magazine. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, the flying boat scene was omitted instead Indy and Jock flies to Nepal with a DC-3 Passenger Plane. This aircraft was based on real-life Martin M-130.

The U-Boat 26, known as the "Wurrfler" was a German submarine that was used in the Mediterranean Sea. It is used to recover the stolen Ark from the Bantu Wind and found Marion Ravenwood. Then Belloq and Colonel Dietrich returned to the submarine with their cargo and captive before it arrived at secret island base near Crete. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, instead of Dietrich. Major Toht took aboard the submarine with Belloq to recover the stolen ark. This submarine does not produced in the real sets since the theme was discontinued in 2010.

The Bantu Wind is a freight vessel that was captained by Captain Katanga. It was overtaken by a German U-Boat (submarine) and boarded by Belloq and his men. In LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, there is no other crew members boarded in the ship, but Katanga and his First Mate are the only crew members and in the sequel, Katanga is the only crew member on the ship. This naval vessel is non-playable in the game.

The Tuk Tuk is a playable vehicle that is appeared in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues. The name "Tuk Tuk" means "Auto rickshaw" in Thailand. It can be unlocked in the Hub world. In the story level of LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, some blue and green tuk tuks are mounted with two machine guns on the side that might be able to shoot on it. However, this vehicle did not appear in the film since Indy and his companions did not arrive in Bangkok.

This plane is used by Lao Che for cargo flights across Asia. In LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, Lao Che signaled the pilot and co-pilot to ditch the plane while the passengers slept, the pilot and co-pilot drop off after dumped the fuel and it crashes into the mountain just like in the movie. While in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, the pilot and co-pilot are not appeared in the game instead the Hoodlum pilots the plane before Indy rescues Willie Scott then followed by the crash.

The Hatay Tank is a vehicle that appeared in both LEGO Indiana Jones video games. It was given by the Hatay King to Colonel Vogel to defend the German convoy. In LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, the tank doesn't have a gun turret and side cannons instead Vogel appears with a bazooka to shoot the player on it. However in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, the gun turret and side cannons are restored, but in hub world it is a based on a boxed shaped tank that is appeared in the first game. The one that is based on Tank Mark VIII is only appeared as a story level boss and playable vehicle in the level creator.

This modified appliance vehicle appears in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues. It first appeared as a household appliance designed for keeping food cold, and made by the King Cool company and installed in one of the houses in Doom Town. The refrigerator's lead lining protected Jones from the radiation, while the explosion launched the appliance out of Doom Town and into the desert, where Jones landed, crawled out of the fridge and discovered by the US government. In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, it crashes into Charles Stanforth's car after being nuked then later it turns into a fridge car when you digging up the crashed fridge. The Fridge Car does not appear in the film except the refrigerator alone.

The Crane Train is a steam train that is appeared in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues as a boss in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Part 1. It is used by the Russians to stop the heroes from fleeing in New York. It is built with two mechanical claws that attacks the player on it then later it's destroyed after the crane car became out of control. However, this train is not appeared in the film. This military train is not produced in any actual Indiana Jones sets. The steam engine is similar to the one from 10194 Emerald Night, but it has a red star symbol on it.
