Part 88811 is a piece introduced in 2010 in the Prince of Persia theme. It is a clawed brace that can be placed in a minifigure's hand. LEGO Digital Designer refers the part to "Hassansin Braces, Wolverine". The title "Wolverine" most likely refers to the X-Men character Wolverine in the Super Heroes theme. Despite this, the Wolverine minifigure has different claw pieces. It was also used on a Ninjago set in 2011, 2508 Blacksmith Shop, and in the DC Super Heroes set 6858 Catwoman Catcycle City Chase, as a part of Batman's bat-wings glider.
