Police Officers (4 Plus) are cops who works for the police in City (4 Plus) and Spider-Man 2. They make sure the town is safe from criminals, who they arrest. They often wear police helmets that cover up their mouths.

In the City (4 Plus) theme, the Police Officers have yellow skin tones and torso printing that represents their uniforms, featuring zippers, pockets, and a badge. The Police Officers in 4666 Speedy Police Car and 4669 Turbo-Charged Police Boat have blue hats and blue pants, while the Police Officer in 4651 Police Motorcycle has black pants. The Police Officer in 4858 Doc Ock's Crime Spree closely resembles the one in 4651 Police Motorcycle, except it has a flesh-coloured skin tone.
