The Queen is a Minifigures minifigure released in 2016, as part of 71011 Minifigures Series 15.
Description[edit | edit source]
The Queen is very similar in style to the Classic King from Series 13. She wears the same red fabric cape with the white and black shoulder piece. She has a wavy light brown hair piece with a hole in the top for a gold crown. Her face is detailed with a pleasant smile, thick eyelashes, and light brown eyebrows. She has yellow skin, a red torso, and is the first minifigure to introduce a brand new 2x4 dress piece in red. The new dress piece has the standard method of attachment to the torso piece, instead of the studs on the 2x2x2 slope that has been traditionally used as a dress. Her torso and dress are printed on the front with a blue, yellow, and gold pattern, a gold necklace, and the bottom of her dress has a row of the traditional hearts and diamonds from a deck of cards. Like all collectable minifigures, she comes with a black 3x4 plate with a 1x4 row of studs.
LEGO.com Description[edit | edit source]
This is a description taken from LEGO.com. Please do not modify it. “Let us get with the times!”
The Queen comes from a slightly larger kingdom than the Classic King, and as such she wonders if it wouldn’t be a good idea to be a little less old-fashioned and a little more up-to-date. There are all sorts of modern conveniences that could help to improve their golden castle, like one-piece portcullis gates and base plates with built-in dungeons and walls with lovely stone-and-ivy patterns.
Between the King’s big ideas and the Queen’s grand vision, their united lands are moving swiftly toward the future. New armor! New horses! New taverns and towers! In fact, the kingdom is growing so vast and successful that they’re starting to think about splitting it in two and giving half to each of their royal children. Surely that can’t lead to any trouble, can it?
