Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor and singer, best known for voicing Yakko Warner and Dr. Otto Scratchansniff in Animaniacs, Pinky in Pinky & The Brain, and Donatello (formerly Raphael) in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
