Rosario Costa is the senior design director for girls' themes for the LEGO Group.

Rosario Costa is a native of Sao Joao da Madeira, Portugal, and a graduate of The Design Crafts Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark with a master of arts and crafts design.[2] Costa began working for the LEGO Group as a designer in May 1997, and was promoted to senior designer in October 2002. Costa became a design manager in September 2004, and later a design director for girls' themes including Friends and Disney Princesses in April 2006. Costa was promoted to senior design director in July 2014.
