Scratchy is a minifigure released in 2014 as a part of The Simpsons theme.

Scratchy is a fictional character who stars on Bart and Lisa Simpson's favourite TV show. Scratchy the cat usually does his best to befriend Itchy the mouse, another fictional character in Scratchy's show, but is nearly always tricked and gruesomely murdered by Itchy before the episode ends.

Scratchy
Scratchy is a thoughtful and kind-hearted cartoon feline who wants nothing more than to eat his best friend Itchy. Unfortunately for him, Itchy is a lot better at tormenting cats than Scratchy is at catching mice!
