Sir Topham Hatt is a Thomas & Friends DUPLO figure. Sir Topham Hatt is the controller of the North Western Railway on the Island of Sodor. He is a rather stout gentleman, which has earned him the nickname "The Fat Controller". He is also the only proper DUPLO figure in the Thomas & Friends theme. He appears in three sets.
