Slizer is a space criminal who appeared in two Space Police III sets, 5974 Galactic Enforcer and 5979 Max Security Transport. Chief mechanic of the Black Hole Gang, his belt buckle displays the Gang's skull emblem. He prefers to work with other members of the gang whenever he requires a partner.

- Slizer's helmet is also used as a World Racers helmet for the Backyard Blasters, Billy Bob and Bubba Blaster, in the set 8863 Blizzard's Peak.
- His name was originally going to be Spike, and he also had a diferent helmet piece.
- His name is a tribute to the Slizer/Throwbots.
