==Deletion of 99.999999999% of Backstory==
Nice, CJC95. :P But I think we sohuld just eradicate the backstory. For more reasons than being a giant multidimensional wall of text. If you read it, or even just skim it over like I did, you'll see that it isn't really... lets just say there's a little too much about killing, assassination, guts and gore that is very much... appropriate for little kids. Let me give you a few examples:
"...watched his parent murdered in front of him by Joe Chill..."
"Crane exposes Falcone to the toxin while wearing a burlap mask, driving Falcone insane with fear of The Scarecrow."
"Batman rescues Rachel from a drug-induced mob..."
"...offers to kill Batman for half their money..."
"...killing Rachel and scarring half of Dent's face."
"threatens to bomb a hospital unless Reese is killed."
The words "kill", "insane", "dead", "assassinate", "murder" and other specimens of that word class appear over 34 times in the backstory alone. Let's keep in mind, people, that LEGO is meant for an audience approx. 6-12 years old. |
