For more reasons than being a giant multidimensional wall of text. If you read it, or even just skim it over like I did, you'll see that it isn't really... lets just say there's a little too much about killing, assassination, guts and gore that is very much... appropriate for little kids. Let me give you a few examples: "...watched his parent murdered in front of him by Joe Chill..." "Crane exposes Falcone to the toxin while wearing a burlap mask, driving Falcone insane with fear of The Scarecrow." "Batman rescues Rachel from a drug-induced mob..." "...offers to kill Batman for half their money..." "...killing Rachel and scarring half of Dent's face." "threatens to bomb a hospital unless Reese is killed." The words "kill", "insane", "dead", "assassinate", "murder" and other specimens of that word class appear over 34 times in the backstory alone. Let's keep in mind, people, that LEGO is meant for an audience approx. 6-12 years old. The Nolan trilogy is original and has too much violence anyway. Let's stick to the Animated Series and the Comics? Maybe Burton's films, the other two that were made after that, and the 1966 TV show? <font color="lime">LCF</font> (<font color="#6600FF">talk!</font>) 00:33, 18 March 2014 (UTC) :::The way I see it, LEGO shouldn't release so much Batman stuff if they don't want kids exposed to those stories, especially the part concerning Joe Chill and his parents. :P They have made sets clearly based on the Nolan trilogy, after all. That said, the Nolan stuff does need to be toned down to just a few paragraphs. It should stay in some form though, per BP:NOT which is also why there shouldn't be anything relating to the animated (minus Beware the Batman) or Adam West stuff since none of the variants or sets directly relate to any of those versions (some of the villains' looks do though...), as far as I am aware. There should be something for the Burton films though, I think, since the black suits are more associated with those movies than the comics, but I'd rather not go into all of that if I don't have to.... :P Berrybrick (talk) 02:53, 18 March 2014 (UTC) ::::Anyway, I'll go ahead and cut down on the Nolan stuff right now, but it's possible I'll get frustrated and quit halfway through. Berrybrick (talk) 02:54, 18 March 2014 (UTC) :::::I tried doing the first Nolan movie, but I mostly ended up rewriting it and it looks like I actually made it a little longer. Someone better at being concise should do it. :{ Berrybrick (talk) 03:45, 18 March 2014 (UTC)
