Tattered cape variant

Are we sure this is a legit variant? I can't find a trace of it elsewhere and I'm pretty sure the tattered cape piece was introduced in 2013 (after minifigs got pupils) BrikkyyTalk 05:48, 9 May 2015 (UTC)
