Mark Surge is an upcoming character that appears in the Hero Factory theme, LEGO's entirely new follow-up for the popular Bionicle series.

He is known be a little clumsy, tending to have problems to land his hero pod, yet he is also highly competitive. His special skills include the manipulation of electric energy, which he uses to power his electrical shield and armor, as well as the two green lightning weapons attached to his arms.
