The Unitron Chief is the rank above the regular Unitron. They run the Unitron team and take care of society, defending the galaxy from the Spyrius. The Unitron Chiefs have excelled at their job and have advanced to their current rank. It is presumed that they must undergo a lot of training for this rank. They were discontinued in 1995.

The Unitron Chief has a dark grey printed torso with light grey arms and blue hands, [[yellow hips] with light grey legs, and a yellow head. His body wear includes blue air tanks, a printed yellow helmet, and trans-dark blue visor. Of the three printed parts, the helmet's silver, black, and blue printing is exclusive to this figure. The black and yellow torso printing also appears in the Unitron Astronaut and appears to be the uniform of the faction. The Unitron Chief's head later appears on the yellow version of the Roboforce Astronaut and has silver sunglasses and a black, red, and yellow headset.
