Little Bill is about a boy in a violent gang. He is the leader of it. His right hand man is named Noah Wilson. Noah is a "special" kid. Their gang is called 2PC. They get in a fight with a rival gang called the Fried Chicken, led by JDawg. JDawg kills Spongebob. The rest of the series revolves around Bill and Noah getting payback. The most violent and goriest is the finale. Bill straps bombs to himself and goes into a bank. Noah robs the vault while Bill waits. While holding up the bank Bill shoots everybody. Noah and Bill run out but Noah falls into a lake that Is near the bank. Bill jumps in and drags Noah out but then Bill remembers he can't swim. Bill drowns and Noah makes it away with the loot. Noah is running bit but tripped on a rock and hurt his left knee then gets hit by a white sponsored SUV that said Progressive from nfs carbon driven by Michael Deheus and blood splattered on the window,the wheels and on the front on the car (but there was no dent).Noah looses consciousness then a pickup Toyota driven by Schnarwhal picks up little bill and Noah and drives away. Later he wakes up next to Bill. Bill somehow survived the lake incident. Noah is in a bathtub filled with pee and his foot is chained to a wall. Bill is chained to a shower head. An audio recording tells then that one only one can survive. As the audio recording plays Noah's bathtub starts to fill higher and higher with pee. Noah cuts off the Chain so he can escape. Bill is too scared. Then he turns on the shower that Bill is chained to. Pee pours out on Bill(which didn't hurt bill and he survived) and a door and vent opens for Noah to go through the door bill go through the vent. Noah and bill enters a room with JDawg his worst enemy in it. An audio message plays that says they must put enough stuff on a scale to get the door to open. JDawg grabs a rock and puts it on the scale but it's not enough. Noah grabs a roll of toilet paper and puts it on the scale. The door opens and they meet the man that imprisoned them. It was a man named Schnarwhal. Noah should've known when he saw the bathtub filled with pee. Schnarwhal was Noah's father. JDawg and Noah attack him and shredded him to oil for there getaway. Noah and JDawg escape and drove outside. They are in SOCCENT Military Base and see a soldier. The soldier goes by the name Pvt.Roland. Pvt.Roland is looking for the man in black. Pvt.Roland takes them to the road Pvt.Roland has the opportunity to save the two boys or run them over. Pvt.Roland screams so he got off of the truck runs away and finds the man in black. The man and black reveals himself to be Freddy Fazbear. Pvt.Roland kill the bear. The show abruptly ends showing JDawg,Noah and Freddy Fazbear lying on the desert sand dead and Bill driving the Toyota truck out of Qatar.

Little Bill's dad brings home random men/women in every episode as a running gag. They will sometimes scream loudly at little bill and even make very odd noises upstairs with his dad.

But there is some brief nudity in the episode "Guppies." Little Bill's mom is drying him off with a towel after a bath--all of a sudden he screams, "Yaaayyy!!!" and runs off to his room, forgetting to take his towel with him. His bare butt and penis is shown uncovered.

Lil' Bill tends to smoke a lot of marijuana throughout the episodes. His gang and tribe all enjoy smoking it. Please be careful around the show.
